The Sustainability Of Municipal Squares

Services Provided: Environmental Study & Architectural Design: Practical application of the concepts of comprehensive sustainability on the “Al-Taawon” neighborhood square in northern Riyadh with the aim of raising performance efficiency, rationalizing expenditures, with participating from the private sector in bearing the costs of construction, operation and maintenance, and determining the standards required for development and investment, by allocating 25% of the area of the square for investment and preparing investment models to cover the whole or Part of the operating and maintenance costs.
